Information Privacy

(GRI 3-3) At Celsia, we want to enrich the lives of our customers through a memorable experience and be able to guarantee that their personal data is handled exclusively for the provision of the service or delivery of the product for which it was provided.

(GRI: 3-3) We understand that our customers’ personal information, information associated with the electricity service and the payments for the products they purchase from us, is their property. Therefore, it is our responsibility to safeguard them and use them properly.

It is essential for us to respond quickly to any modification or deletion of information from our database, complying with the principle of freedom or informed consent of our customers.

GRI (418-1) In 2023, we did not receive complaints or requests associated with customer privacy violations by third parties. We received two complaints from regulatory bodies that were reviewed and resolved according to each one’s requirements. For both cases, action plans were established focused on avoiding recidivism.

In 2023, we responded to 367 requests associated with the management and protection of personal data from our customers, which were entirely attended to, managed and classified, as follows:
