It is essential for us to respond quickly to any modification or deletion of information from our database, complying with the principle of freedom or informed consent of our customers.

- We have an Information Security Policy that includes managing this issue with the information provided to us by both current and potential customers.
- We share with and train our teams in understanding the policy, understanding the risks and responsibility in managing customers’ personal information.
- Under this policy, we provide customers with and attend to any modification or deletion of their personal data from our commercial database.
GRI (418-1) In 2023, we did not receive complaints or requests associated with customer privacy violations by third parties. We received two complaints from regulatory bodies that were reviewed and resolved according to each one’s requirements. For both cases, action plans were established focused on avoiding recidivism.
